Cancellation and Substitution Conditions

Written requests for refunds one-week prior to the event date will be honored in full. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the event or who cancel after August 14, 2003 are liable for the entire registration fee. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions can be made please contact us for making adjustments for name badges.
